6. Payment and Refunds

For paid services:

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are displayed in USD and may change without notice
• Refunds may be issued at our discretion within 7 days of purchase if the service fails to generate a document
• No refunds will be issued for user error or dissatisfaction with AI-generated content

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the property information you submit. Documents generated by DealDraft are provided for your use, and you may modify and distribute them as needed for your business purposes. The DealDraft brand, logo, and service design remain our intellectual property.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to DealDraft at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
